We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to join our Shared Services Team. This is a temporary 12 month opportunity and the Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative and support services to ensure the smooth running of the business area.
You'll be working in a full time 35 hour per week role, that will primarily be based at our Corporate Centre in Goonellabah.

What we trust you to deliver 
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the team
  • Ensure all corporate records are fully and accurately maintained 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Provide guidance and advice to assist with initial enquiries/applications received by the property team
What you'll need to be successful
  • Certificate II in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Competent keyboard and computer skills
