We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Child Care Worker to join our GSAC team on a permanent part-time basis working 15 hours per week. 
The Child Care Worker - Crèche  is a key member of the professional staff at the Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre. This position plays a vital role in directly supervising all aspects of the GSAC Crèche.

What we trust you to deliver 
  • Supervision and care of children
  • Provide a caring and interesting environment for the children
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene
  • Ensure the crèche is always clean and tidy
  • Keep accurate attendance records of all children attending the crèche
  • Work with the Duty Manager & Operations Manager to ensure all WHS and compliance requirements for the GSAC Crèche facility operations are met.
What you'll need to be successful
  • Certificate III in Child Care (Desirable)
  • Currently hold, or are willing to undertake, a Working with Children Check
  • A positive, friendly attitude
  • Initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision
  • Certificate in First Aid & CPR
