We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Gym Services Officer to join our team at Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre and Switch 24/7 Gym. Working part time, 20 hours a week, this key position supports the Gym and Fitness Coordinator by providing leadership and direction in all aspects of gym operations and services at our Fitness Centre.

What we trust you to deliver 

• Develop and offer a diverse and innovative range of programs tailored to meet customer needs

• Develop and conduct program commencements, assessments, and personal training sessions, when required for new members.

• Provide input into marketing strategies to attract and maintain membership and enhance public awareness of Switch Gym/GSAC through participation in community events and business publicity.

• Drive marketing, promotion, and advertising of gym programs and services to both current and potential members

• Lead and organise promotions, product launches, and other related events

What you'll need to be successful

• Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent Sport and Exercise Science Bachelor Degree

• First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) with current CPR

• Specific Group Fitness training

• Working with Children check
