About the position:
We are seeking a dedicated customer-focused Receptionist to join our GSAC team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting Duty Managers with customer inquiries, membership administration, and swim school queries. Your role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience across our service areas. Permanent part-time and casual positions are available with hours ranging from 12 hours and up to 20 hours per week, providing the flexibility to balance work with your other commitments.

What we trust you to deliver

Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Provide support across different areas of the centre, including the café, crèche, and general housekeeping.

Ensure the facility is clean, well-presented, and maintained at all times.

Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive working environment.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using computer applications and the TRIM records management software.
What you'll need to be successful

First Aid Certificate (can be attained as part of training).

NSW Working with Children Check.

Strong customer service experience, with skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.

Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing.
