About the Roles:
The Goonellabah Sports & Aquatic Centre (GSAC) is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in various casual positions. We have opportunities available for Café Staff, Cleaning Staff, Crèche Staff, and Customer Service Staff. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy working in a dynamic and community-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Café Staff:

Prepare and serve food and beverages with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area.

Handle cash transactions and operate café equipment efficiently.

Provide friendly and attentive service to all patrons.

Cleaning Staff:

Ensure the facility is clean, well-presented, and maintained to high standards.

Perform general cleaning duties across all areas of the centre.

Assist with waste management and replenishment of supplies as needed.

Contribute to a safe and hygienic environment for all users of the centre.

Crèche Staff:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children in the crèche.

Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's experience.

Customer Service Staff:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, assisting with inquiries and providing information about centre services.

Handle membership administration, swim school bookings, and other customer-related tasks.

Ensure a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience for all patrons.
