About the Position:
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Project Officer to join our Liveable and Active Communities team. Reporting to the Manager of Liveable and Active Communities, you will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and supporting a variety of projects that enhance liveability within our community. In this role, you will also provide critical support to the Liveable and Active Communities team.
You'll be working permanent part-time, 26 hours a week, and will primarily be based at our Lismore Sporting Precinct in Magellan Street, Lismore.

Lead the development and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Apply for grants and project funding.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, detailed reports and briefs.

What you'll need to be successful

A degree in project management, business, or a related field, or significant experience in project management.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
