About this Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to join our Shared Services team. Reporting to the Senior Business Support Officer, this position is responsible for delivering administrative and support services to facilitate the efficient operation of the business area.

- Business and Administration Support - Deliver high-quality administrative support to the team, ensuring all activities are completed with due diligence and efficiency
- Systems Operations - Maintain accurate corporate records in compliance with legislative requirements and organisational standards
- Customer Service Excellence - Establish and foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Customer Driven Service Delivery - Provide guidance and advice to support initial enquiries and applications received by the property team
What you will need to be successful:
- Certificate II in Business Administration or suitable experience in an administration support role
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Competent keyboard and computer skills

Full Time: 70 hours a fortnight
Salary: From $56,407 (Grade 5 Entry) per annum + superannuation
