About This Position:
The Manager Open Spaces Delivery leads the planning, delivery and operational management of Council’s parks, recreation areas and public spaces, ensuring they are safe, high quality and sustainable for the community.

What We Trust You To Deliver:

Lead open space planning, delivery, maintenance and enhancement.

Manage turf, horticulture, irrigation and arboriculture services.

Oversee asset management plans, forward capital works program, budgets and contractor performance.

Drive service improvements, compliance and community-focused outcomes.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
-
Tertiary qualification in horticulture/landscape/environment.

Extensive open space/parks management experience.
-
Strong WHS, environmental and asset management knowledge.

Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement.

NSW Class C licence + White Card.

Working Hours: 70-hour fortnight.
Salary: A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicant based on their relevant skills and experience.
