About This Position:
The Sales Admin and Customer Service Officer provides compassionate, efficient support for cemetery operations, assisting bereaved families, managing bookings, and coordinating service delivery.

Deliver empathetic, professional customer service.

Manage burial, memorial and interment bookings.

Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams and funeral providers.

Promote cemetery services and support administrative tasks.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:

Cert III+ in Business Admin/Customer Service.

Proven customer service experience in sensitive environments.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
-
Ability to navigate emotional situations professionally.

NSW Class C licence.

Working Hours: 70-hour fortnight.
Salary: $70,449 - $81,016 plus superannuation per annum.
