About This Position: 

The Sales Admin and Customer Service Officer provides compassionate, efficient support for cemetery operations, assisting bereaved families, managing bookings, and coordinating service delivery.

  • Deliver empathetic, professional customer service. 

  • Manage burial, memorial and interment bookings. 

  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams and funeral providers. 

  • Promote cemetery services and support administrative tasks. 

 

What You Will Need To Be Successful: 

  • Cert III+ in Business Admin/Customer Service. 

  • Proven customer service experience in sensitive environments. 

  • Strong communication and organisational skills. 

  • Ability to navigate emotional situations professionally. 

  • NSW Class C licence.

Working Hours70-hour fortnight. 

Salary: $70,449 - $81,016 plus superannuation per annum.
