We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated and professional Executive Assistant to support an Executive Leader, in delivering strategic and operational excellence across their Directorate and the wider organisation. What we trust you to deliver:
- Provide high-quality, confidential executive and administrative support
- Manage correspondence, briefings, diary coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate communication and coordination across Council Executives, Councillors and Staff
- Support the development of reports and recommendations aligned with Council's Strategic Plan
What you will need to be successful:
- Qualifications in business administration or extensive experience in executive support at CEO/Director level within local government or public service
- Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence
- A strong understanding of the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Advanced written communication and document preparation capabilities
- High IT literacy, including proficiency in Office 365
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to managing competing priorities
Full Time: 70 hours a fortnight
Salary: A salary range from $89,267 to $102,657 per annum + superannuation
