What we trust you to deliver:

Oversee day-to-day café operations in line with Council policies and WHS requirements.

Deliver high-quality customer service and foster a positive team culture.

Maintain food hygiene standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Manage stock ordering and inventory to meet demand.

Train, monitor, and supervise café staff.

Contribute ideas for innovation and continuous improvement.
What you will need to be successful:

Relevant industry experience, including food preparation and barista skills
-
Strong customer service and cash handling experience.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead others.

Knowledge of WHS and food safety standards.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work, including split shifts across Monday - Saturday.

Part Time: This role is for 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as opportunities arise.
Salary: A salary range from $28.29 to $29.99 per hour + superannuation.

Conditions of Employment: Conditions of employment are in the Lismore City Council Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre and Lismore Memorial Baths Enterprise Agreement 2015 (Agreement), and relevant Council policy, procedures and agreements.
