About this Position
The Organisational Development Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high‑performing and values‑led workplace. Working closely with People and Culture and leaders across the organisation, this role drives initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership capability, employee engagement and workforce development. You’ll lead and deliver organisation‑wide development programs, support change and continuous improvement, and use insight and data to inform people strategies. With a strong focus on inclusion, capability building and the employee experience, this role partners with stakeholders to ensure people practices are aligned with strategic goals and deliver meaningful outcomes for both employees and the broader community.

Key areas of accountability for the role
- Lead the design and delivery of organisational development initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement and performance.
- Champion a positive, inclusive and values‑led culture aligned to organisational priorities.
- Partner with leaders to support leadership development, workforce planning and change initiatives.
- Drive talent and capability strategies that support attraction, retention and future workforce needs.
- Use workforce data and insights to evaluate outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
- Lead and embed effective people, culture and development practices that meet governance and legislative requirements.
What you will need to be successful
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business or a related field, with professional membership desirable
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational development, culture, capability or leadership initiatives.
- Current Working With Children Check and Class C Drivers Licence
- Strong knowledge of contemporary OD and change management practices, with experience designing and facilitating people-focussed development programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proven ability to manage projects, analyse data, lead small teams and deliver high‑quality outcomes while balancing competing priorities.

Employment type: Full‑time - 70 hours per fortnight
Salary: An attractive salary commensurate with experience, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice opportunities
