What we trust you to deliver:
- Provide efficient administrative support across planning, compliance and public health programs
- Process applications through electronic systems including the NSW Planning Portal
- Maintain registers and ensure integrity of corporate data and records
- Prepare documentation, reports and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with invoicing, procurement, refunds and annual renewals
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information
- Support business operations including service requests and workflow tracking
What you will need to be successful:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent or relevant experience in an administrative or support role within a large or diverse organisation.
- Computer skills in Microsoft office and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Current Class C Drivers Licence.

Term Contract (6-months) Full-Time: 70 hours a fortnight
Salary: A salary range from $65,166 to $74,941 per annum + superannuation
